摘要
为了验证利用红外热成像无损检测方法检测金属部件内部缺陷的可行性,利用有限元分析的方法建立与实验样品有相同材料属性的模型,设置和实际实验相似的模拟条件,进而得到准确的模拟结果。通过有限元分析得到模型应力和应变的变化数据,结合各向同性均与体内热弹性效应的理论得到模型的温度场变化。模拟得到的温度场的变化数据符合实验中金属样品的温度场变化,验证了利用红外热成像无损检测方法检测金属部件内部缺陷的可行性。
In order to verify the feasibility of using infrared thermal imaging nondestructive testing method to detect internal defects of metal parts,the finite element analysis method is used to establish a model with the same material properties as the experimental samples,and the simulation conditions similar to the actual experiments are set to obtain accurate simulation results.The variation data of the model stress and strain are obtained by finite element analysis,and the temperature field variation of the model is obtained by combining the theory of isotropic and in vivo thermoelastic effects.The simulated temperature field variation data is in accordance with the temperature field variation of the metal sample in the experiment,and the feasibility of using infrared thermal imaging non-destructive testing to detect internal defects of metal parts is verified.
