碳纤维树脂基复合材料表面CrAlSiN膜层的性能

摘要 以金属铬过渡层为变量,利用磁控溅射方法在碳纤维增强环氧树脂基复合材料表面分别沉积制备出CrAlSiN单层薄膜和含有铬过渡层的CrAlSiN薄膜,通过扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪、纳米压痕仪等检测手段,表征了两种薄膜的表面形貌、成分组成、相结构、硬度及弹性模量等关键本征特性,并借助摩擦磨损试验机,研究了薄膜的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:含有铬过渡层的CrAlSiN薄膜表面更平整致密,晶粒更细小,平均硬度和平均模量分别为3.723GPa和22.405GPa,对基材硬度和模量的提升率远高于CrAlSiN单层薄膜;在以氧化锆为摩擦副,试验力10N,往复频率3Hz,加载时间10min的摩擦磨损试验参数下,含有铬过渡层的CrAlSiN薄膜表现更加稳定,摩擦系数始终保持在0.1左右的较低水平,摩擦磨损性能更优异。 Taking metal Cr transition layer as variable,CrAlSiN single-layer film and CrAlSiN thin film containing chromium transition layer were deposited on the surface of carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin-based composites by magnetron sputtering method.The key intrinsic characteristics of the two films such as surface morphology,composition,phase structure,hardness and elastic modulus were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,energy spectrometer,X-ray diffractometer,nanoindenter and other detection methods.And the friction and wear performance of the film were studied by means of a friction and wear tester.The results show that the CrAlSiN film with chromium transition layer has a flatter and denser surface and finer grains,and the average hardness and average modulus are 3.723GPa and 22.405GPa,respectively.The CrAlSiN film containing chromium transition layer improves the hardness and modulus of the substrate much higher than the CrAlSiN single layer film;Under the friction and wear test parameters using zirconia as the friction pair,a test force of 10 N,a reciprocating frequency of 3 Hz,and a loading time of 10 min,the CrAlSiN film containing a chromium transition layer performs more stable,and the friction coefficient remains constant at about 0.1 low level,and it has better friction and wear performance.
