摘要
结合福州市某工业园区应急供水EPC工程案例,以给排水专业角度,归纳分析工程总承包的设计、施工、运行等阶段,管理过程中的主要环节控制要点。认为:设计阶段,应结合管道全线高程图分析水力过渡态势,对应制定水锤防控方案,明确复合式排气的选用和设置要求;施工阶段,应识别项目主控项目,明确管道试压过程的要点;运行阶段,应重视初次充水启动的操作过程,以及对正常运行过程水锤防护的相关操作要点。明确了工程总承包管理中水锤防护的控制要点,才能保障长距离钢管的安全运行。
Combined with the case of emergency water supply EPC project in an industrial park in Fuzhou,from the point of view of water supply and drainage,this paper summarizes and analyzes the main link control points in the management process during the design,construction and operation phases of the general contracting project. In the design phase,the hydraulic transition situation should be analyzed with the pipeline’s full-line elevation map,corresponding to the formulation of water hammer prevention and control plan,clear the selection and setting requirements of composite exhaust. In the construction phase,the main control items of the project should be identified,and the main points of the pipeline pressure test process should be clarified. In the operation phase,attention should be paid to the operation process of initial water filling and the main points of water hammer prevention and related operations during the operation process. In order to ensure the safe operation with long-distance steel pipe,the control points of water hammer prevention in the general contracting project management should be clarified.
