摘要
燃煤机组烟道的结构和布置形式决定了气流的流场分布和烟道系统的阻力,烟道设计不合理会影响相关设备的运行。某660 MW机组B侧引风机在高负荷下振动超标,气流产生异音,通过引风机热态试验分析得出风机与系统的匹配性较好,不存在失速问题,通过振动测试分析得知风机运行状况良好,无异常,引风机振动是由入口烟道和出口烟道内存在气流扰动造成的。采用计算流体力学软件对电除尘到引风机段烟道、引风机到脱硫入口段烟道进行模拟分析,得出引风机入口和出口气流扰动是引起引风机振动并产生异音的原因,据此提出了优化方案。优化实施后,引风机振动值控制在安全运行范围内,异音消除,烟道阻力降低249 Pa。本次改造保证了设备的正常运行,并降低了运行能耗。
As the structure and layout of flue of coal combustion unit determine the flow field distribution and the resistance of flue system,the improper design of the flue will have a negative influence on the operation of related equipment.The B-side induced draft fan of a 660MW unit vibrates excessively under high load,and the airflow produces abnormal noises.The thermal state test analysis of the fan shows that the fan and the system match well and there is no stalling problem.The vibration test analysis proves that the fan is in good operation state and there is no anomaly.Thus,it is concluded that the fan vibration is caused by airflow disturbance in the inlet flue and the outlet flue.Therefore,CFD Computational Fluid Mechanics software is used to simulate and analyze the flue from electric dust removal section to fan section and that from fan section to desulfurization entry section,and it is proved that the airflow disturbance in the inlet and outlet of the fan causes the fan to vibrate and produce abnormal noises and an optimization plan is proposed.After the optimization is implemented,the vibration value of the fan is controlled within the safe operating range,the abnormal noises are eliminated,and the resistance of the flue is reduced by 249 Pa.This transformation ensures the normal operation of the equipment and reduces the energy consumption in operation.
