摘要
针对离心机有害振动造成选煤厂生产效率低、产品质量差等问题,通过分析振动产生原因,采用加固薄弱部件、更换磨损筛篮、高压水冲洗等方法,有效降低了离心机有害振动的产生,改善了浮精生产质量,提高了生产效率。
In view of the problems of low production efficiency and poor product quality caused by harmful vibration of centrifuge, the production of harmful vibration of centrifuge is effectively reduced by analyzing the causes of failure,using methods such as strengthening weak parts, replacing production of harmful vibration of centrifuge is effectively reduced, the production quality of floatation essence is improved, and the production efficiency is improved.
