摘要
为提高煤矿开采的自动化智能化水平,介绍了智能化采煤工作面主要用到的几种智能控制系统,分析了自动化智能化开采主要施工工艺,探讨了自动化智能化开采的具体劳动组织,并提出了一系列保障工作面自动化智能化开采顺利进行的措施。实际应用结果表明:通过综合应用这些措施,煤矿企业的自动化智能化开采水平显著提高,企业取得了较好的经济效益和安全效益。
In order to improve the level of automation and intelligence of coal mining, this paper introduces several kinds of intelligent control systems that need to be used in intelligent coal mining face, analyzes the main construction technology of automatic intelligent mining, discusses the specific labor organization of automatic intelligent mining, and puts forward a series of measures to ensure the smooth progress of automatic intelligent mining of working face. The practical application results show that the level of automatic intelligent mining in coal mining enterprises has improved significantly through the comprehensive application of these measures, and the enterprises have achieved better economic and safety benefits.
