摘要
在分析多绳摩擦式提升机结构的基础上,针对提升机常见的安全隐患,设计了提升机安全系统。从安全系统的总体结构设计、硬件选型设计和软件系统开发三个方面详细阐述了系统的特征和功能。该安全系统在实践中取得了很好的应用效果,在保障提升机安全方面发挥着重要作用。
Based on the analysis of multi-rope friction hoist structure, aiming at the common safety hidden trouble of hoist, the hoist safety system is designed. The characteristics and functions of the system are expounded in detail from three aspects: the overall structure design of the security system, the hardware selection design and the software system development. The security system has achieved good application results in practice and plays an important role in ensuring the safety of the hoist.
