摘要 受煤矿井下工作环境影响,防爆无轨胶轮车运行时存在安全隐患,因此,设计一套防爆无轨胶轮车安全系统。从系统总体结构、硬件设计、软件设计三个层面详细介绍了系统的设计思路。该系统主要是用于对胶轮车运行状态、井下瓦斯浓度等信息进行检测并分析,以保障防爆无轨胶轮车安全运行。 Under the influence of the working environment in coal mine, there are hidden dangers in the operation of explosion-proof and trackless rubber wheel car. Therefore, a set of explosion-proof and trackless rubber wheel car safety system is designed and studied, and the design ideas of the system are introduced in detail from three aspects:the overall structure of the system, the hardware design and the software design. It is mainly to check and analyze the operation status and gas concentration of rubber wheel truck. This study is of great practical significance to ensure the safety of explosion-proof and trackless rubber wheel.
