摘要 针对大深度、大载重提升机在制动过程中所存在的制动可靠性不足、易打滑、振动冲击大的问题,分析一种新的矿井提升机制动控制系统。该制动系统以光电编码器作为提升机运行速度的检测核心,通过对液压系统的等比例调节控制,满足提升机在各种工况下的恒减速制动需求。根据实际应用表明,该提升机制动控制系统能够有效提高提升机的制动有效性,具有应用推广价值。 In view of the problems of insufficient braking reliability, easy skidding and large vibration impact in the braking process of large depth and large load hoist, a new dynamic control system of mine lifting mechanism is proposed.the braking system takes the photoelectric encoder as the core of the hoist’s running speed detection, and adjusts and controls the equal proportion of hydraulic system to meet the constant deceleration demand of the hoist under various working conditions. According to the practical application, the dynamic control system of mine hoisting mechanism can effectively improve the braking effectiveness of hoist, and has the value of application and popularization.
