摘要 结合长平洗煤厂胶带运输系统实际运行情况,从视频监测报警装置主机、矿用隔爆型摄像仪、撕裂传感器和软件操作系统等方面分析了皮带输送机撕裂监测系统的主要设备选型及设置,并分析了设备应用效果。应用结果表明,皮带输送机撕裂监测系统可实时监测设备状态及报警信息,及时发现故障隐患,避免了设备故障的扩大化,加强了对生产环节的精准调度和管理,提高了生产效率,延长了设备的使用寿命,提高了设备运行的可靠性。 Combined with the actual operation of belt transportation system, the main equipment selection and setting of belt conveyor tear monitoring system are analyzed from the main machine of video monitoring and alarm device,mine flameproof camera, tear sensor and software operating system, and the application effect of equipment is analyzed.The application results show that the belt conveyor tear monitoring system can monitor the equipment status and alarm information in real time, find the hidden trouble in time, avoid the expansion of the equipment fault, strengthen the accurate scheduling and management of the production link, improve the production efficiency, prolong the service life of the equipment, and improve the reliability of the equipment operation.
