摘要
为有效降低采煤机摇臂行星头的损坏概率,分析了采煤机摇臂行星头损坏原因,并针对这些原因提出了采煤机摇臂行星头结构的改进方案。改进方案的实施,使得采煤机行星头损坏频率显著降低,更好地保障了采煤机的安全稳定连续可靠运行。
In order to reduce the damage probability of shearer rocker arm star head effectively, the causes of shearer rocker arm star head damage are analyzed, and the structure of shearer rocker arm star head is improved for these reasons. The optimization measures made the damage frequency of shearer rocker arm star head reduced, and the safe,stable, continuous and reliable operation of shearer is better guaranteed.
