摘要
针对某高瓦斯矿井主通风机正常工作时送风量无法满足矿井实际使用需要的问题,对矿井主通风机进行重新设计选型。通过矿井主通风机设备选型过程研究,最终确定主通风机为对旋轴流通风机,具体型号为FBCDZ-8-N227。根据现场监测结果发现,煤矿井下各个区域的风速有了显著提升,送风量完全能够达到实际使用需要,并提升了矿井的安全系数。
In view of the problem that the air supply can not meet the actual needs of the mine when the main ventilator of a high gas mine is working normally, the main ventilator of the mine is redesigned and selected, and through the study of the selection process of the main ventilator equipment of the mine, it is finally determined that the main ventilator is the counter-axle circulating fan, the specific model is FBCDZ-8-N227.. According to the field monitoring results, it is found that the wind speed in each area of coal mine has been significantly increased, and the air supply volume can completely meet the actual use needs, and the safety factor of the mine has been improved.
