摘要
"华龙一号"机组ZH-65型蒸汽发生器下部水平支承为带间隙的支承结构,支承间隙对设备抗震性能有较大影响。本文对蒸汽发生器支承的间隙计算进行了研究,提出了热态调整间隙、冷态安装间隙、间隙验收值、最大间隙等四种间隙的计算方法,并基于上述四种间隙值,给出了蒸汽发生器支承间隙调整的合理步骤。通过工程实例计算,对各因素对总间隙的影响进行了进一步分析。
The lateral support for ZH-65 steam generator in HPR 1000 nuclear power plant is a structure with gap.The gap between the support and the steam generator has a great influence on the seismic performance of the equipment.This paper studies the support gap calculation,and gives the calculation method of four theoretical gaps.Based on the calculated value of the theoretical gaps,a reasonable step of the gap adjustment is given.The influence of various factors on the total clearance is further analyzed through the calculation of engineering example.
