摘要
运用德尔菲法、数理统计法,总结了当前体育特色小镇推进现状以及规划建设中暴露的问题,分析了构建指标体系时兼顾的4个原则,两轮指标筛选所构建的《体育特色小镇创建指标体系》由刚性约束指标和评估指标两个子体系组成,包含10个一级指标、22个二级指标、58个三级指标,并采用层次分析法确定评估指标体系的权重,为我国体育特色小镇创建提供量化标准和评定依据。
Using Delphi method and mathematical statistics method,this paper summarizes the promotion of sports characteristic towns and the problems exposed in the planning and construction,and analyzes the four principles that are taken into consideration when establishing the indicator system.The index system is composed of two sub-systems:rigid constraint index and evaluation index,including 10 first-level indicators,22 second-level indicators,and 58 third-level indicators.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of the evaluation index system.The creation of featured towns provides quantitative criteria and assessment basis.
