摘要
目的探讨睑板腺按摩联合抗生素滴眼液治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼的效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年6月我院就诊的睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症患者75例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组38例和研究组37例。对照组给予抗生素滴眼液治疗,研究组给予睑板腺按摩联合抗生素滴眼液治疗,比较两组治疗疗效,治疗后1、3个月症状体征综合评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌实验评分(SⅠt)、睑板腺功能评分(LMS)、角膜荧光素染色评分(FLs)。结果研究组治疗有效率为91.89%,高于对照组的76.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后1、3个月症状体征综合评分、SⅠt评分、BUT高于对照组,LMS评分、FLs评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论睑板腺按摩联合抗生素滴眼液治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症疗效确切,可有效减轻患者干眼症状的不适感,恢复睑板腺分泌功能,快速解除睑板腺管阻塞,延长泪膜破裂时间。
Objective To explore the effect of meibomian gland massage combined with antibiotic eye drops in the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction dry eyes.Methods 75 patients with meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into 38 cases in the control group and 37 cases in the study group according to the random number table method.The control group was given antibiotic eye drops,and the study group was given meibomian gland massage combined with antibiotic eye drops.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.The comprehensive scores of symptoms and signs were 1,3 months after treatment.Tear film rupture time(BUT),tear secretion test score(SⅠt),meibomian gland function score(LMS),corneal fluorescein staining score(FLs).Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 91.89%,higher than that in the control group 76.31%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comprehensive score of symptom and sign,SⅠt score,BUT in the study group was higher than that in the control group 1 and 3 months after treatment,LMS score and FLs score were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The meibomian gland massage combined with antibiotic eye drops is effective in treating meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye syndrome,which can effectively reduce the discomfort of patients with dry eye symptoms,restore the meibomian gland secretion function,quickly relieve the meibomian gland duct obstruction,and prolong tear film rupture time.
