摘要
随着医学水平的不断发展,人们的生活质量显著提高,产妇对分娩镇痛也提出了更高的要求。分娩痛持续时间较长,产妇通常难以忍受,容易产生恐惧、紧张等不良情绪,影响产程的顺利进行,增加产后出血等症状的发生风险。因此产妇分娩过程中的有效镇痛麻醉对分娩、母婴结局有重要影响,目前关于产妇分娩过程中镇痛麻醉方案的选择存在较多争议。本文主要对产妇分娩过程中的不同镇痛麻醉方法进行综述,旨在为产妇分娩过程中镇痛麻醉方案的选择提供参考依据。
With the continuous development of medical standards,people's quality of life has improved significantly,and maternal women have put forward higher requirements for labor analgesia.Childbirth pain lasts a long time,and maternal women are usually unbearable.It is easy to produce negative emotions such as fear and tension,which affects the smooth progress of the labor process and increases the risk of postpartum bleeding and other symptoms.Therefore,effective analgesia anesthesia during maternal delivery has an important impact on childbirth and maternal and child outcomes.There is currently much controversy regarding the choice of analgesic anesthesia during maternal delivery.This article mainly reviews the different analgesic anesthesia methods during the delivery of women,and aims to provide a reference for the choice of analgesia anesthesia during the delivery of women.
