摘要
妇幼保健信息系统是医药卫生体制改革重点建设的公共卫生信息系统之一,其管理的特殊人群(妇女、儿童)的健康个案信息是居民健康档案的主要组成内容和重要信息来源。随着医药卫生信息化建设不断深化,以健康档案为核心的区域卫生信息化建设对区域妇幼保健信息化提出了更高的要求。本文分析了徐汇区妇幼保健信息系统的现状和妇幼保健服务目标,阐述了区域妇幼保健信息平台的构建过程和模块功能,旨在通过互联网、云计算、大数据等新技术,提升区域内妇幼健康服务和管理水平。
The maternal and child health information system is one of the public health information systems focused on the reform of the medical and health system.The health case information of the special groups(women,children)managed by it is the main component and important source of information for the residents’health records.With the continuous deepening of the medical and health information construction,the regional health information construction with the health file as the core has put forward higher requirements for the regional maternal and child health information.This article analyzes the status quo of maternal and child health care information system in Xuhui District and the service goals of maternal and child health care,and explains the construction process and module functions of the regional maternal and child health care information platform.It aims to improve the level of maternal and child health services and management in the region through new technologies such as the Internet,cloud computing,and big data.
