摘要
文章主要通过对某皮卡板簧进行分析,找出了其发生断裂的原因和机理,并相应进行了优化整改,提高了它的可靠性寿命,使其达到竞品的水平,提高了产品竞争力。分析整改过程中也识别出了对板簧可靠性寿命有影响的可能因素,为解决同类问题提供可供参考的思路。
In this paper, mainly through the analysis of a pickup plate storage, found out the cause and mechanism of its fracture, and the corresponding optimization and rectification, improve its reliability life, make it reach the level of competitive products, improve the competitveness of products. In the process of rectification, the possible factors affecting the reliability life of plate storage are identified, which can provide a reference for solving similar problems.
