摘要
京张高铁作为2022年北京冬奥保障工程,已于2019年年底通车。该高铁线路在海淀区内有约6km以地下隧道方式通过,释放出的地面空间将成为新时期落实北京城市总体规划、塑造高品质人性化公其空间的重要契机。京张铁路遗址公园的规划研究与实施,将抓住这次难得的机遇,传承铁路文化和城市文脉,联通公共空间,缝合城市生活,并不断带动沿线地区的城市更新。本文对开展工作一年多以来的经验进行了总结梳理,浅谈京张铁路遗址公园在探索共建、共治。其享实践中的体会与思考。
As a supportive project for the Beijing Winter Olympics in 2022,Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway has been opened by the end of 2019.Since the high-speed trains pass through Haidian D istrict in a 6-kilom etre underground tunnel,the ground spaces released become important opportunities to implement the Beijing Master Plan in the new era nnd shape high-quality humanised public spaces.The chances to inherit the railway culture and urban context,connect public spaces,stitch urban life,and continue to promote urban renewal along the railway line will be seized in the planning research and implementation of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou Railway Site Park.This article reviews the experience of the work over the past year,and discusses the experience and thinking in the exploration of the practice of co-construction,co-governance and sharing in the development of Beijing Zhangjiakou Railway Site Park.
