摘要
对城市空间形态演变的科学谋划与整体设计,已成为新型城镇化发展进程中急需解决的重大问题.总体城市设计以城市整体作为研究对象,具有综合性、系统性、全局性、指导性的特点,因此设计成果的落地实施成为规划界关注的焦点.事实上,总体城市设计实施层面的问题应对同样需要整体的视角,并依此提出系列策略才能奏效.本文依托近年来完成的总体城市设计项目,阐述了总体城市设计的成果特征与其在规划体系中的定位,通过实践探索总结总体城市设计的12类实施策略,分为面向管理的实施策略、面向行动的实施策略、面向深化的实施策略,力求对总体城市设计的实施提供有价值的支撑.
Integrated urban design and scientific planning for the evolution of urban form are becoming major practical issues urgently needed to be solved in the process of new urbanization in China.Integrated urban design takes the whole city as a research object and has comprehensive,systematic,overall and guiding characteristics.Therefore,the implementation of design outcomes has become the focus of the planning community.In fact,it is equally necessary to tackle the implementation issue of integrated urban design from a holistic perspective and put forward a series of effective tactics.Based on the integrated urban design projects completed in recent years,this paper expounds the characteristics of integrated urban design and its positioning in the planning system.In addition,it explores and summarizes the twelve categories of integrated urban design strategies through practice,and divides them into management-oriented implementation strategies,action-oriented implementation strategy and the deepening implementation strategy,in order to provide valuable support for the implementation of integrated urban design.
