摘要
针对目前水泥行业除尘设备"电改袋"的趋势,在分析现有袋式除尘器存在问题的基础上,结合国家标准GB4915及环境保护部第31号公告要求,设计了机械自动循环清灰控制器。该控制器由于结构简单,不需要停车维修,方便快捷,且除尘室及清灰机构处于过滤后的洁净空气中,使得检修条件及清灰机构运行条件得到了改善,更有利于安全生产。
Since the replacement of electric dust collection with bag dust collection had become common practice for the dust removal facility in cement industry at present,after analyzing the existing problems about the bag dust collector,the paper designed a mechanical automatic circulating cleaning controller in combination with the requirements specified in national standard GB 4915 and No.31 announcement issued by Ministry of Environmental Protection.The controller was characterized by simple structure,convenient and rapid maintenance without halting,its dust removing chamber and cleaning mechanism was exposed among filtered clean air,thus the maintenance condition and the operation condition of the cleaning mechanism improved,which was beneficial for safety production.
