Modification of calculation method for wall thickness of mine drainage pipeline

摘要 通过分析矿井排水管路的受力状况,对目前常用壁厚计算公式的适用性进行了探讨,认为沿斜井和竖井安装的管路与水平安装的管路存在不同的应力状态,指出排水管质量是计算井筒管路壁厚必须计入的重要因素,提出了自重折算系数的概念,并按最大剪应力强度理论推导出适用于竖井排水管路壁厚的计算公式。 After analyzing the stress state of the mine drainage pipeline,the paper discussed the applicability of the wall thickness calculation formula currently used,and held that the stress state of the pipe installed along the inclined shaft and the vertical shaft was different from that installed horizontally.It also pointed out that the dead weight of the drainage pipe was an important factor to be taken into account at calculating the wall thickness of the wellbore pipe,and proposed the concept of the dead weight conversion coefficient.Finally,the calculation formula suitable for the wall thickness of the drainage pipe installed in vertical shaft was deduced according to the maximum shear stress strength theory.
