摘要
前体脂肪细胞分化过程即脂肪生成过程,在此过程中大量转录因子、非编码RNA及信号通路都发挥着重要的作用。文章综述了前体脂肪细胞分化过程中,成脂基因如C/EBPα和PPARγ等对前体脂肪细胞分化的调控;非编码RNA如长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)、小RNA(microRNA)、环状RNA(circRNA)对脂肪沉积、组织发育以及能量代谢等的调控过程;信号通路如Wnt/β-catenin信号通路、促分裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路、Hedgehog信号通路对脂肪细胞分化的抑制作用;还有一些酶、抑制剂等对前体脂肪细胞诱导分化的调节作用,以期为厘清前体脂肪细胞诱导及分化机制提供参考。
The differentiation of preadipocytes is the process of adipogenesis, in which a large number of transcription factors, non-coding RNA and signaling pathways all play an important role. This article reviewed the regulation of lipogenic genes(C/EBP alpha and PPAR) on the differentiation of preadipocytes, the regulation of non-coding RNA(lncRNA, microRNA and circRNA) on fat deposition, tissue development and energy metabolism, the inhibitory effect of signaling pathways(Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway and Hedgehog signaling pathway) on adipocyte differentiation, and the regulation of some enzymes and inhibitors on the differentiation of preadipocytes during the differentiation of preadipocytes. This study provided a reference for understanding the mechanism of preadipocyte induction and differentiation.
