火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定土壤和沉积物中5种金属元素方法讨论

Discussion on the Method of Determining Five Metal Elements in Soil and Sediment by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry

摘要 从空白实验、检出限、精密度、准确度、加标回收率等方面对《土壤和沉积物铜、锌、铅、镍、铬的测定火焰原子吸收分光光度法》(HJ 491-2019)进行了验证,实验结果比较理想。提出了对锌元素的测定,建议选用合适的消解用酸,以降低空白实验检出浓度;对铅元素的测定,为了提高准确度建议根据浓度范围选择不同分析方法或进行抽样比对实验。 The“Soil and Sediment-Determination of Copper,Zinc,Lead,Nickel and Chromium-Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry”(HJ 491-2019)is verified from the aspects of blank experiment,detection limit,precision,accuracy,and recovery rate of standard addition.The experimental results are ideal,but for the determination of zinc,it is recommended to select the appropriate acids for digestion to reduce the detection concentration of the blank experiment;for the determination of lead element,in order to improve the accuracy,it is recommended to choose different analysis methods according to the concentration range or conduct sampling comparison experiments.
