摘要
指出了土壤样品的前处理对重金属的测定至关重要,不同的处理方式都会影响结果的准确性。对常用的湿法消解、微波消解中容易出现影响检测质量、操作安全等细节问题进行了探讨,提出了一些建议,以期提供参考。
The pre-treatment of soil samples is very important for the determination of heavy metals.Different processing methods will affect the accuracy of the results.In this article,some details which affects test quality and operational safety in the process of wet digestion and microwave digestion are discussed.
