乡村小学全科教师职前教育课程融合的定位及取向

摘要 小学全科教师的培养进一步推动了我国师范教育体系的创新和改革,但与国外发达国家相比,当前我国小学全科教师培养仍然面临着许多问题,其中职前教育课程融合就是一个典型代表。文章采用文献研究、问卷调查法和访谈法,以学生为调查对象,综合分析乡村小学对全科教师的认识和看法,并具体提出全科教师职前教育课程在课程目标、内容和课程教学上的改进策略。 Compared with the developed countries,the training of primary general education teachers in China still faces many problems,among which the integration of pre service education curriculum is a typical representative.By using the methods of literature research,questionnaire and face-to-face interview,this paper takes the students as the survey objects,analyzes the understanding and views of rural primary schools on the general practitioners,and puts forward the improvement strategies of the general practitioners’ pre service education curriculum in terms of curriculum objectives,contents and curriculum teaching.
