摘要
我国是草原大国,草原是我国陆地上面积最大的生态系统,发挥着重要的生态功能、生产功能和社会功能。基于草原本身具有的自然-社会-经济三重属性,开展我国草原发展SWOT分析,以期为强化草原现代化管理及治理能力提升提供一定的参考。
China is a large grassland country.The grassland is the largest ecosystem in China’s land area,and it plays an important ecological,production,and social function.Based on the natural,social and economic attributes of grassland itself,a SWOT analysis of grassland development in China is conducted,with a view to providing a certain reference for strengthening the modern management and improvement of governance capabilities of grassland.
