CRUSADE在PCI术后出血预见性护理的研究

Research on CRUSADE in the application of predictive nursing care for patients bleeding after PCI

摘要 目的:探讨CRUSADE在PCI患者术后出血预见性护理运用的效果.方法:选择2018年1月至2019年2月我院择期行PCI患者300例,随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加CRUSADE评分,按CRUSADE评分进行预见性护理,观察两组出血情况及焦虑、抑郁评分情况.结果:两组非严重出血及严重出血差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后两组焦虑、抑郁评分无统计学意义(P>0.05),出血病例中,观察组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:PCI术后患者运用CRUSADE评分系统能有效区分患者出血风险,进行预见性护理,能有效降低PCI术后出血的发生,避免严重出血,有效降低出血患者的焦虑、抑郁.
