摘要
目的促进临床用药咨询效率及质量的提升,实现合理用药。方法数字表法随机抽取我院2018年11月~2019年11月合理用药的480例患者的咨询记录,依据咨询年龄、咨询内容、药品种类、咨询科室、中西药联用药品种类分布、咨询药品类别和咨询者的满意度等内容进行分析及归纳整理。结果药品用法及用量占比41.9%,占比最大;其次是中西药联用咨询占比12.9%,再次之是注意事项咨询占比11.3%;贮存及有效期的咨询最少,仅为1.5%;咨询患者年龄状况为50~70岁的咨询者最多,占48.3%,其次是30~50岁者,占25.2%,30岁以下者的咨询占比最少,仅为9.8%。咨询者类别及科室分布为患者和家属咨询占96%(461/480),医务工作者占4%(19/480);出诊科室主要是心内科,占29%(139/480),其次为内分泌科,占21.7%(104/480),肾内科占16.7%(80/480),儿科10.8%(52/480)。咨询药品种类分布:心血管系统类、神经系统类和消化系统类药物咨询占比较高,外用类最低,中成药则以调理药占比最大,为49.6%,其次是活血化瘀类,占比25%。中西药联用种类分布中3种以下者占44.2%,3种以上者占比较少,为19.2%。药品咨询者的满意度100%。结论合理用药咨询可满足患者用药安全需求,提高其用药依从性,为临床合理用药、疗效及服务质量的提升提供了保障。
Objective Promote the improvement of clinical drug consultation efficiency and quality,and achieve rational drug use.Methods The digital table method was used to randomly select the consultation records of 480 patients who were rationally used in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019.According to the consultation age,consultation content,drug type,consultation department,distribution of Chinese and Western medicines,consultation The contents of the drug category and the satisfaction of the consultant are analyzed and summarized.Results The drug usage and dosage accounted for 41.9%,which accounted for the largest proportion.Secondly,the consultation between Chinese and Western medicines accounted for 12.9%,and the consultation matters were 11.3%.Again,the consultation with incompatibility was the least,only 2.9%.The number of consultants aged 50 to 70 was the highest,accounting for 48.3%,followed by those aged 30 to 50,accounting for 25.2%.The consultations for those under 30 were the least,only 9.8%.Consultant categories and departmental distribution accounted for 96%(461/480)of patients and family members,medical workers accounted for 4%(19/480);outpatient departments were mainly cardiology,accounting for 29%(139/480),followed by The endocrinology department accounted for 21.7%(104/480),the Department of Nephrology accounted for 16.7%(80/480),and the pediatrics 10.8%(52/480).Consultation on the distribution of drug types:cardiovascular system,digestive system,forehead,nervous system,drug consultation,the highest proportion,external use,the smallest,Chinese medicine,the largest proportion of conditioning drugs,49.6%,followed by blood circulation and phlegm,accounting for 25%.Among the three types of Chinese and Western medicines,44.2%were classified,and the proportion of three or more was less,accounting for 19.2%.The satisfaction of drug consultants is 100%.Conclusion Rational drug consultation can meet the safety requirements of patients,improve their medication compliance,and provide a guarantee for clinical rational drug use,efficacy and service quality improvement.
