摘要
采用悬浮聚合法合成对氯甲基苯乙烯聚合物(CMPS),再与二甲胺反应制备叔胺化吸附树脂(CMPS-N(CH 3)2),并进行SEM、N 2吸附-脱附、FTIR表征,考察了CMPS-N(CH 3)2对对甲基苯甲酸的吸附性能。结果表明:CMPS叔胺化反应后,树脂表面变得平滑,比表面积和平均孔径略有下降。在乙烯与对氯甲基苯乙烯的体积比为1∶1,树脂与水的比例(g·ml^-1)为1∶1000,吸附时间24 h,吸附温度25℃条件下,CMPS-N(CH 3)2对对甲基苯甲酸的平衡吸附量为215.66 mg·g^-1。
P-Chloromethylstyrene polymer(CMPS)was synthesized by suspension polymerization and then reacted with dimethylamine to prepare tertiary aminated adsorption resin(CMPS-N(CH 3)2).SEM,N 2 adsorption-desorption and FTIR were performed to characterize the microstructure of resin.The Adsorption properties for p-toluic acid was investigated.The results showed that after the CMPS tertiary amination reaction,the resin surface became smooth,and the specific surface area and average pore diameter decrease slightly.Under the conditions of the volume ratio of ethylene to p-chloromethylstyrene of 1∶1,the ratio of resin to water(g·ml^-1)of 1∶1000,the adsorption time of 24 hours,and the adsorption temperature of 25°C,the equilibrium adsorption capacity for p-toluic acid reached 215.66 mg·g^-1.
