摘要
讨论了POY底层丝的品质对后加工过尾成功率的影响。结果表明:纺丝设备改造后能有效改善周期停纺作业造成的组件温度流失,保证POY底层丝内部品质均匀性;根据不同规格POY产品采用合理的冷却风压、集束位置可以改善POY强伸、条干物性,提升假捻的可加工性;含油率、网络压力以及成型卷装条件优化、原辅料管控等途径可保证POY底层丝内部品质、改善POY退绕性。
The influence of the quality of POY bottom silk on the after-processing tail power is discussed.The results show that the spinning equipment can effectively improve the temperature loss of components caused by periodic spinning stop operation and ensure the internal quality uniformity of POY bottom silk.According to different specifications POY the product can improve the POY strong extension,strip dry physical properties,improve the machinability of false twist.Oil content,network pressure,molding coiling condition optimization,raw material control and other ways can ensure the internal quality of POY bottom silk,improve POY unwinding.
