药用植物—扁桃斑鸠菊的微枝繁殖技术研究

摘要 为进一步探讨扁桃斑鸠菊种苗的扦插繁殖技术,开展了扁桃斑鸠菊3种不同长度带顶芽插穗和4种不同浓度植物生长调节剂IBA处理对扁桃斑鸠菊扦插繁育的影响研究。结果表明:不同长度带顶芽扁桃斑鸠菊插穗对扁桃斑鸠菊扦插效果影响不明显,但对其繁殖系数的影响差异较大,采用5 cm长的插穗进行扁桃斑鸠菊微枝繁殖,其繁殖系数是采用15 cm长插穗的3倍多;采用不同浓度植物生长调节剂IBA对扁桃斑鸠菊插穗基质进行处理,扁桃斑鸠菊扦插效果影响差异明显,采用浓度为5 mg·L-1植物生长调节剂IBA对扦插基质处理,可明显缩短生根时间,插穗的生根数、平均根长和生根率等都显著高于其它浓度组。采用从2年生母株上采集的5 cm长、半木质化、带顶芽的嫩枝作插穗,插于黄心土基质中,用浓度5 mg·L-1的植物生长调节剂IBA浇透基质,并于扦插完成后,立即用浓度5 mg·L-1的的IBA溶液对基质喷淋一次,生根率可达98.01%。 In order to furtherly explore the cutting propagation technique of Vernonia amygdalina Delile,the effects of 3 different length cuttings with terminal buds and 4 different IBA concentrations on the cutting propagation of Vernonia amygdalina Delile were studied.The results showed that the different length of cuttings with terminal buds had no obvious effect on the propagation result,but it differred on the propagation coefficient.The propagation coefficient with 5cm cuttings was more than 3 times of that with 15cm cuttings.There was significant difference in propagation effect with various concentrations of IBA.Compared with other treatments,the treatment of 5 mg·L-1 IBA to cutting medium could obviously shorten rooting time,and significantly improve the rooting number,average root length and rooting rate.After a series procedures that collecting 5cm semi-lignified branches with terminal buds from 2-year-old mother trees as cuttings,using yellow subsoil as cutting matrix,pouring 5 mg·L-1 IBA solution over the matrix,and spraying 5 mg·L-1 IBA solution over matrix after cutting,the rooting rate of cutting could reach 98.01%.
