摘要
为了提高垂珠花苗木质量和成活率,对垂珠花播种实生苗采用不同基质配比移栽进行了对比试验,同时采用不同容器培育苗木进行了比较。结果表明:不同基质配比对垂珠花幼苗移栽成活率和苗木生长量的影响都有显著性差异。不同容器规格培育对垂珠花苗木成活率的影响没有显著差异,但对苗木生长量的影响有显著差异;其中采用基质为处理Ⅲ(70%黄心土+25%泥炭土+5%钙镁磷)基质,使用∅16 cm×16 cm的容器袋处理的垂珠花苗木成活率达到98%,平均地径4.24 mm,平均苗高35.02 mm,为垂珠花育苗的适宜基质配比和容器规格。
In order to improve the quality and survival rate of the Styrax dasyanthus Perk.seedlings,the contrast test was conducted on the culture of seedlings with different substrate ratio and container sizes.The results showed that there were significant differences in survival rate of seedlings after replanting and seedling growth with different matrix ratio.There was no significant difference in seedling survival rate,but there was significant difference in seedling growth with different container sizes.The optimum matrix ratio and container sizes were 70%yellow subsoil+25%peat soil+5%matrix with Ca,Mg and P and∅16 cm×16 cm respectively,with average DBH of 4.24 mm and average seedling height of 35.02 mm.
