摘要
为评价微表处混合料的抗水损坏性能,采用湿轮磨耗试验仪对微表处不同级配、不同含泥量进行了研究,并提出了含泥量控制标准。研究表明:级配变化对微表处混合料的抗水损坏性能影响较小;微表处集料中随含泥量的提高,混合料抗湿轮磨耗能力呈极速下降趋势,WTAT(60 min)对不同含泥量的混合料抗水损坏能力表征不明显,WTAT(6 h)对其抗水损坏能力表征非常明显。微表处采用0~3 mm细集料时,细集料中黏土含量以亚甲蓝不大于7.9 g/kg控制为宜;采用0~5 mm细集料时,细集料中黏土含量以砂当量不大于76.5%控制为宜。
In order to evaluate the water damage resistance of micro-surfacing mixtures,in this paper,the wet wheel abrasion(WTAT)tester was used to study the different grade and different mud content of microsurface,and the control standard of mud content was put forward.The research showed that,the gradation change had less influence on the water damage resistance of micro-surfacing mixture.With the increase of the mud content of the micro-surfacing aggregate,the wet wheel abrasion resistance of the mixture decreased rapidly.WTAT(60 min)was not obvious for water damage resistance of the mixture with different mud content,while WTAT(6 h)was pronounced for water damage resistance.When 0~3 mm fine aggregate is adopted at the micro surface,the clay content in the fine aggregate should be controlled with methylene blue no more than 7.9 g/kg.When 0~5 mm fine aggregate is used,the clay content in fine aggregate should be controlled with the sand equivalent no more than 76.5%.
