摘要
中药学专业是中医药专业建设体系的重要方面,中药学学科体现出的中医药整体观特征,是其有别于其他学科的独特优势和特色。《生物药剂学和药物动力学》在药物与机体上实现了药物因素-机体生物因素-疗效安全性的统一。中药在中医药辨证施治、方证对应理论指导下,以炮制、配伍等中药用药增效减毒的遣方用药(证-效-毒)特色体现了中药临床安全用药的独到认识。本文通过查阅文献结合多年教学体会,初步探讨了中药学专业《生物药剂学和药物动力学》课程教学中如何强化中医药特色的思路和途径,为培养创新应用型中药学人才提供参考和借鉴。
[Objective] Traditional Chinese medicine specialty is an important aspect of the professional construction system of traditional Chinese medicine. The characteristics of the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine reflected by Chinese medicine disciplines are the unique advantages and features that differ from other subjects. "Biopharmaceutics and Pharmacokinetics" realizes the unity of drug factors, biological factors, efficacy and safety in drugs and bodies. Under the theoretical guidanceof syndrome differentiation and prescriptions corresponding to syndromes, it embodies the unique understanding of clinical safety application of traditional Chinese medicine, with the characteristics of prescription and drug usage(syndrome-efficacy-toxicity) to increase efficiency and reduce toxicity, such as processing, compatibility and so on, which is different from that of western medicine. Based on the literature review and teaching experience for many years, this paper preliminary discussed the ideas and methods to strengthen the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the teaching of "Biopharmaceutics and Pharmacokinetics", so as to provide reference for the cultivation of innovative and application-oriented talents of traditional Chinese medicine.
