摘要
目的分析合理用药咨询在临床药事管理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2016年12月在我院接受治疗的184例患者,按照就诊顺序分为观察组(n=92)与对照组(n=92),对照组采用常规药事管理,观察组采用合理用药咨询管理,比较两组临床应用效果。结果观察组Ⅰ类切口抗菌药物使用合格率、处方合格率、中药注射剂应用合格率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者用药满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将合理用药咨询模式应用于临床药事管理中,能够规范药物使用情况,提高药物使用安全性,提升患者认可满意度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of rational drug use consultation in clinical drug management.Methods A total of 184 patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and divided into an observation group(n=92)and a control group(n=92)according to the order of treatment.The control group was treated with conventional pharmaceutical management,and the observation group was treated with rational medication consulting management.The clinical application effect of the two groups was compared.Results Observation groupⅠclass qualification rate of antimicrobial usage of incision,prescription qualified rate,traditional Chinese medicine injection application qualified rate were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rational drug use counseling model in clinical drug management can standardize the drug use,improve the safety of drug use,and improve the satisfaction of patient’s approval.
