摘要
目的探讨急诊脑梗死溶栓治疗患者的护理流程及应用效果。方法选择2016年12月至2019年1月在我院溶栓治疗的脑梗死患者200例,随机分成对照组(n=100)和观察组(n=100)。对照组患者给予常规护理流程,观察组患者给予急诊临床护理路径。对比两组患者护理后的应用效果差异。结果观察组患者的住院时间、转诊时间、住院费用及健康知识掌握情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);入院时,两组患者Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);入院后,两组患者Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer评分均有所提高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死溶栓治疗患者采用急诊临床护理路径可提高治疗疗效,缩短住院时间,减少患者的住院费用,同时改善日常生活活动能力和运动功能。
Objective To investigate the nursing process and application effect of emergency thrombolytic therapy for cerebral infarction patients.Method Two hundred patients with cerebral infarction treated with thrombolysis in our hospital from December 2016 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=100)and observation group(n=100).Patients in the control group were given routine nursing process,patients in the observation group were given emergency clinical nursing path.The difference of application effect after nursing was compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time,referral time,hospitalization expenses and health knowledge of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);at admission,there was no significant difference in Barthel Index and Fugl-Meyer score between the two groups(P>0.05);after admission,the Barthel Index and Fugl-Meyer score of the two groups were improved,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of emergency clinical nursing pathway in patients with cerebral infarction thrombolytic therapy can improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the hospitalization expenses,and improve the activities of daily living and motor function.
