摘要
目的探讨在剖宫产术中实施优质护理的效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月我院收治的80例剖宫产产妇,采用随机数字表法把产妇分成观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质护理。对比两组护理效果。结果与对照组比较,观察组的住院时长、下床活动时长、术后排气时长都更短,VAS、SDS评分更低,产妇总认同率、实施母乳喂养比率更高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产术产妇给予优质护理,能够有效减轻术后疼痛,调节产妇心理状况,提升产妇对护理干预的认可度。
Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing in cesarean section.Methods Eighty caesarean section parturients admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care while the observation group received high-quality care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the hospitalization time,ambulation time and postoperative exhaust time in the observation group were shorter;the VAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the satisfaction degree,the rate of successful breast-feeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Giving high-quality care to parturients undergoing cesarean section can effectively reduce postoperative pain,adjust the psychological status of parturients,and improve the recognition degree of parturients for nursing intervention.
