摘要
目的探讨现代分析技术在中药鉴定中的应用方法及效果。方法本次纳入我校2019年2月的6种中药材作为研究对象,包括蒲黄、血竭、乳香(索马里)、没药(胶质)、续断、柴胡,在中药鉴定过程中,采取薄层色谱法、气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、挥发油测定法进行鉴定,分析鉴定结果,并根据2015年版药典相关规定标准要求,对鉴定结果是否符合规定进行分析评价。结果经本次中药鉴定结果显示:蒲黄中蒲黄异鼠李素-3-O-新橙皮苷与香蒲新苷的总量为0.54%,血竭中血竭素的含量为1.40%,乳香(索马里)中挥发油含量为6.60%,没药(胶质)中挥发油含量为2.20%,续断中川续断皂苷含量为2.40%,柴胡中柴胡皂苷a与柴胡皂苷d的总量为0.34%;均与2015年版《中国药典》相关规定标准要求相符,P>0.05,代表现代分析技术的应用具备可行性及有效性。结论在中药鉴定工作开展过程中,现代分析技术的应用,如薄层色谱法、气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、挥发油测定法等,能够确保中药鉴定的结果符合相关药典规定标准要求,提高中药鉴定结果的准确度,为进一步在临床治疗中的合理、高效应用提供客观、科学的参考依据。
Objective To analyze and discuss the application method and effect of modern analytical techniques in the identification of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The six kinds of Chinese medicinal materials included in our school in February 2019 as the research object,including Cattail pollen,Draconis resin,Frankincense(Somalia),Myrrh(glial),Teasel Root,Bupleurum,in the process of identification of traditional Chinese medicine,TLC,gas chromatography,high-performance liquid chromatography,volatile oil determination,analysis of the identification results,and according to the 2015 edition of the Pharmacopoeia related requirements,the identification results are analyzed and evaluated.Results The results showed that the total amount of Typha isorhamnetin-3-O-neohesperidin and cattail glycosides was 0.54%,the dracorhodin was 1.40%,the content of essential oil in Frankincense(Somalia)was 6.60%,the content of essential oil in Myrrh(glia)was 2.20%,the content of saponins was Dipsacus asperoides 2.40%,the total amount of a and saikosaponin a and d in Bupleurum was 0.34%.The results were consistent with the requirements of relevant provisions and standards in 2015 Phamacopeoeia,P>0.05,representing the feasibility and effectiveness of the application of modern analytical techniques.Conclusions In the process of identification of traditional Chinese medicine,the application of modern analytical techniques,such as thin layer chromatography,gas chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography,volatile oil determination,etc.,can ensure that the results of identification of traditional Chinese medicine meet the requirements of relevant pharmacopoeia standards,improve the accuracy of identification results of traditional Chinese medicine,and provide objective and scientific reference for further rational and efficient application in clinical treatment.
