摘要
目的总结卵泡膜细胞瘤的不典型CT表现,以提高对该肿瘤的认识,提高临床诊断率。方法回顾性分析2015年3月至2020年3月我院经手术病理证实的42例卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤患者的CT表现。结果肿瘤呈圆形或卵圆形39例,不规则形3例;病灶边界清楚者40例,边界欠清者2例。病灶以实性成分为主者25例,以囊性成分为主或多发囊性灶者10例,病灶内出血8例,出现钙化2例,出现腹腔积液23例,增强后囊性成分不强化,实性成分轻度强化,5例卵泡膜细胞瘤合并扭转的病灶未见强化。结论卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤因囊变、出血、钙化及腹腔积液等因素而导致CT表现多样,通过对肿瘤不典型的CT表现的总结可提高对卵泡膜细胞瘤的认识,从而提高诊断的准确率。
Objective To summarize the atypical CT manifestations of ovarian thecoma,in order to improve the understanding of ovarian thecoma and improve the clinical diagnosis rate.Methods A retrospective analysis of the CT findings of 42 patients with ovarian thecoma confirmed by surgical pathology in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2020.Results There were 39 cases with round or oval tumors and 3 cases with irregular shapes;40 cases had clear borders and 2 cases had poor borders.The lesions were mainly composed of solid components in 25 cases,cystic components were predominant or multiple cystic foci in 10 cases,intralesional hemorrhage in 8 cases,calcification in 2 cases,and ascites in 23 cases.The solid component was slightly strengthened,and 5 cases of ovarian thecoma with torsion lesions were not strengthened.Conclusion Ovarian thecoma is due to cystic changes,hemorrhage,calcification,and peritoneal effusion.CT findings are diverse.The summary of atypical CT manifestations of the tumor can improve the understanding of ovarian thecomaand thus improve the diagnosis accuracy.
