摘要
目的分析甲硝唑、制霉菌素联合阴道灌洗治疗阴道炎患者的效果。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月朝阳市中心医院收治的160例阴道炎患者,依据平行对照法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。对照组采取甲硝唑与制霉菌素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合阴道灌洗治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.75%,对照组为77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组白带异常、外阴烧灼感和外阴瘙痒评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,观察组白带异常、外阴烧灼感和外阴瘙痒评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组症状缓解时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲硝唑、制霉菌素联合阴道灌洗治疗阴道炎患者的效果显著,患者临床症状缓解时间更短。
Objective To analyze the effect of metronidazole,nystatin combined with vaginal lavage in the treatment of patient with vaginitis.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,160 cases of vaginitis were definitely diagnosed as vaginitis in our hospital.According to the parallel control method,they were divided into two groups,80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole and nystatin,and the observation group was treated with metronidazole and nystatin combined with vaginal lavage.The therapeutic effect of two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 93.75%,the control group was 77.50%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the leucorrhea abnormality,vulvar burning sensation and vulvar pruritus scorewere compared between the two groups,there were not significant difference(all P>0.05);after treatment,the above indicators in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The symptom relief time of the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metronidazole,nystatin combined with vaginal lavage has a significant effect in the treatment of patient with vaginitis,the clinical symptom relief time is shorter.
