摘要
目的分析盐酸氟桂利嗪预防性治疗对偏头痛患者疗效及安全性的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月大连市友谊医院收治的108例偏头痛患者,以双盲随机抽样法分为对照组和试验组,每组54例。对照组采用尼莫地平治疗,试验组采用盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、头痛发作指标、血清学指标及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组临床总有效率为96.30%,对照组为74.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2周后,试验组头痛发作次数、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均低于对照组,头痛持续时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);试验组血清内皮素-1(ET-1)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)均低于对照组,而降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为3.70%,对照组为18.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氟桂利嗪可有效减轻偏头痛患者的头痛症状,抑制5-HT、ET-1的表达,增加CGRP的表达,且不良反应较少。
Objective To analyze the effect of flunarizine hydrochloride preventive treatment on the efficacy and safety of migraine patients.Methods A total of 108 migraine patients admitted to Dalian Friendship Hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected.They were divided into a control group and an experimental group by double-blind random sampling,54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nimodipine,and the experimental group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride.The clinical efficacy,headache attack indexes,serological indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 96.30%,and the control group was 74.07%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the number of headache attacks and visual analog scale(VAS)scores of the experimental group were lower than the control group,and the duration of headache was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05);the serum endothelin-1(ET-1)and serotonin(5-HT)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the calcitonin generelated peptide(CGRP)was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 3.70%,the control group was 18.52%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Flunarizine hydrochloride can effectively relieve the headache symptoms of migraine patients,inhibit the expression of 5-HT and ET-1,increase the expression of CGRP,and have fewer adverse reactions.
