摘要
目的分析药房不合理用药处方分析,并提出改进措施。方法选取药房2019年1月至2020年1月药房处方1000张为研究对象,其中不合理用药处方40张,分析药房不合理用药原因,提出具体性改进措施。结果本研究不合理处方不合理率为4.00%,主要不合理处方原因为:药物选择不合理、药物剂量不合理、联合用药不合理、用药方式不合理、溶媒选择不合理。结论药房不合理用药处方主要有用药剂量不合理、药物选择不合理等类型,为有效提升处方合理性,需建立完善规章制度,提升医务人员综合能力,建立合理使用抗菌药物指导以及医院改革,通过此种方式可有效提升处理合理性和安全性。
Objective To analyze the prescription analysis and improvement measures of irrational drug use in pharmacy.Methods 1000 prescriptions of pharmacy from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research object,of which 40 were irrational prescriptions,the reasons of irrational drug use were analyzed,and specific improvement measures were put forward.Results The unreasonable prescription rate of this study was 4.00%,the main reasons for unreasonable prescription were:unreasonable choice of drugs,unreasonable dosage of drugs,unreasonable combination of drugs,unreasonable times of medication,unreasonable choice of solvent.Conclusion In order to improve the rationality of prescription,it is necessary to establish perfect rules and regulations,improve the comprehensive ability of medical staff,establish rational use of antimicrobial guidance and hospital reform.
