摘要
目的评价橡皮障联合影音娱乐系统在辅助儿童口腔疾病治疗的临床疗效。方法60例4~6岁患儿随机分为3组,分别采取常规治疗、橡皮障治疗及橡皮障加影音娱乐辅助治疗。所有患儿均在局麻下无痛治疗,治疗结束后对患儿治疗完成情况、配合程度及满意度进行比较。结果3种治疗方法的Houpt评分差异有统计学意义。治疗完成后,80%的患儿表示愿意再次接受橡皮障加影音娱乐系统辅助治疗。结论橡皮障联合影音娱乐系统辅助儿童口腔治疗,可有效缓解患儿的紧张情绪,在一定程度上增加患儿配合程度,提高儿科医师治疗完成效率。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of rubber barrier combined audio-visual entertainment on children’s assisted oral therapy.Methods Totally 60 children aged 4-6 years were treated by three methods:conventional therapy,rubber barrier therapy and rubber barrier combined audiovisual entertainment therapy.Both children were treated painlessly under local anesthesia.Comparisons of treatment completion,cooperation degree and satisfaction were made after treatment.Results The difference in Houpt score between the three therapies was statistically significant.80%of children expressed the willingness to receive the rubber barrier combined audio-visual entertainment therapy if they were asked to accept oral therapy again.Conclusions Rubber barrier combined audio-visual entertainment therapy can effectively relieve children’s attention during oral therapy,increased the coordination degree of children and improve the treatment completion efficiency of pediatricians.
