摘要
目的分析改良MEWS评分系统在髋关节置换术后DVT中的预警管理效果。方法选择2019年6月至2019年9月在我院骨科进行髋关节置换术的35例患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,观察组17例,采用常规护理,试验组18例,采用改良后MEWS评分系统对髋关节置换术后患者DVT护理管理,比较两组患者高危因素风险评估和DVT发生率。结果试验组总风险率明显低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组DVT的发生率明显低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对髋关节置换术后的患者采用改良MEWS评分系统进行评分,能有效预防DVT并发症,有效改善患者的病情,促进预后情况,提高生活质量水平。
Objective To analyze the effect of modified mews scoring system in early warning management of DVT after hip replacement.Methods 35 patients with hip arthroplasty in our hospital from June 2019 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,In the observation group,seventeen patients received routine care,and in the experimental group,eighteen patients received a modified MEWS scoring system for the management of DVT after hip replacement.The risk assessment of the high-risk factors and the incidence of DVT were compared between the two groups.Results The total risk rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of DVT in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified mews scoring system can effectively prevent DVT complications,improve the patient’s condition,promote the prognosis and improve the quality of life.
