摘要
目的探究开塞露改良肛注法在预防骨科卧床患者便秘中应用的效果。方法选择我院骨科2019年6月至2019年12月收治的93例患者作为本次研究对象,将研究对象随机分成对照组与观察组。对照组(n=46)便秘预防采取常规方法,单纯进行开塞露纳肛;观察组(n=47)便秘预防采取开塞露改良肛注法。对比两组患者干预后排便频率、排便成功率、排便费力程度与便秘伴随情况评分、排便时间、预防有效性、生活质量评分的差异,了解开塞露改良肛注法的通便效果。结果干预后,观察组排便频率与排便成功率明显升高,排便费力程度以及便秘伴随情况评分较低,排便时间较短,预防总有效率较高,生活质量评分显著提高,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开塞露改良肛注法在骨科卧床患者便秘预防上效果显著,优于传统单纯开塞露纳肛法,有助于实现患者顺利排便,提高排便成功率,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of Kaisailu modified anal injection method in preventing constipation in patients with orthopedic bed rest.Methods Ninety-three patients from our hospital’s orthopedics department from June 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research object,and the research objects were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group(n=46)adopted conventional methods for the prevention of constipation.Observation group(n=47)constipation prevention using Kaisailu modified anal injection method,compare the frequency of defecation,the success rate of defecation,the degree of defecation effort and the constipation concomitant situation,defecation time,To prevent differences in effectiveness and quality of life scores,to understand the laxative effect of Kaisailu modified anal injection.Results After intervention,the frequency of bowel movements and the success rate of bowel movements in the observation group were significantly increased,and the scores for the degree of laboriousness and constipation were lower,the time for bowel movement was shorter,the total effective rate of prevention was higher,and the quality of life score was significantly improved,which was different from the control group.All have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Kaisailu modified anal injection method has a significant effect on the prevention of constipation in patients with orthopedic bed rest.It is better than traditional Kaisailuan anal method,which can help patients achieve smooth bowel movements,improve the success rate of bowel movements,and improve the quality of life of patients.
