摘要
目的:探讨对老年重症脑出血患者进行优质护理的临床效果及对其神经功能的影响。方法:将2018年1月至2019年3月在中南大学湘雅三医院进行药物治疗的80例老年重症脑出血患者随机分为A组(40例)和B组(40例)。对两组患者进行常规护理。在此基础上,对B组患者进行优质护理。然后,比较两组患者神经功能缺损的评分、住院的时间、并发症的发生情况及对护理的满意度。结果:护理期间,B组患者并发症的总发生率低于A组患者,P<0.05。护理后,B组患者住院的时间短于A组患者,P<0.05;B组患者神经功能缺损的评分和对护理的满意率均高于A组患者,P<0.05。结论:对老年重症脑出血患者进行优质护理,可改善其神经功能。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of quality care for senile patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage and its influence on their neurological function.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage who received drug treatment in the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from January 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into group A(40 cases)and Group B(40 cases).The two groups of patients were given routine care.On this basis,the patients in group B were given high-quality care.Then,the scores of neurological deficits,length of hospital stay,complications,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:During nursing,the total incidence of complications in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).After nursing,the length of hospital stay in group B was shorter than that in group A(P<0.05).The score of neurological impairment and the satisfaction rate of nursing in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing can improve the neurol ogical function of senile patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage.
