摘要
目的:分析对接受经桡动脉经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术的患者进行循证护理在预防其发生术后并发症中的效果。方法:选取2016年1月至2019年6月期间在江苏省响水县人民医院接受经桡动脉PCI术的80例患者为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组和观察组。对对照组患者进行常规护理,对观察组患者进行循证护理。治护结束后,对比两组患者术后并发症的发生情况和对护理服务的满意度。结果:术后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者并发症的总发生率较低,其对护理服务满意度的评分较高,P<0.05。结论:对接受经桡动脉PCI术的患者进行循证护理可显著降低其术后并发症的发生率,提高其对护理服务的满意度。
Objective:To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing in preventing postoperative complications in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)of the radial artery.Methods:A total of 80 patients who received PCI via radial artery in Xiangshui County People’s Hospital,Jiangsu Province from January 2016 to June 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Routine nursing for patients in the control group and evidence-based nursing for patients in the observation group.After the end of treatment and care,the occurrence of postoperative complications and satisfaction with nursing services were compared between the two groups.Results:After operation,compared with the control group,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower,and the score of nursing service satisfaction was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing for patients undergoing PCI via radial artery can significantly reduce the incidence of pos toperative complications and improve their satisfaction with nursing services.
