摘要
目的:分析对接受前列腺内药物注射治疗联合高频热疗的慢性前列腺炎患者进行针对性护理的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年12月期间甘肃医学院附属医院收治的76例慢性前列腺炎患者为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组和研究组。对两组患者均进行前列腺内药物注射治疗联合高频热疗,同时对其进行常规护理。在此基础上,对研究组患者进行针对性护理。治护结束后,对比两组患者的临床症状及不良心理的改善情况。结果:接受治护前,两组患者NIH-CPSI中疼痛不适感、排尿症状及生活质量的积分、SAS及SDS的评分相比,P>0.05。接受治护后,两组患者NIH-CPSI中疼痛不适感、排尿症状及生活质量的积分、SAS及SDS的评分均低于接受治护前,P<0.05。接受治护后,与对照组患者相比,研究组患者NIH-CPSI中疼痛不适感、排尿症状及生活质量的积分、SAS及SDS的评分均较低,P<0.05。结论:对接受前列腺内药物注射治疗联合高频热疗的患者进行针对性护理可显著改善其临床症状及其焦虑、抑郁的心理。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of targeted nursing for patients with chronic prostatitis who receive intra-prostatic drug injection combined with high-frequency hyperthermia.Methods:76 patients with chronic prostatitis admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu Medical College from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group.The two groups of patients were treated with prostatic drug injection combined with high frequency hyperthermia,and at the same time,they were given routine nursing care.On this basis,the research group patients targeted care.After the end of treatment and care,the clinical symptoms and the improvement of adverse psychology were compared between the two groups.Results:before treatment and care,the scores of nih-cpsi in pain discomfort,urination symptoms and quality of life,SAS and SDS were compared between the two groups,and P>0.05.After treatment and care,the score of niH-CPSI in pain and discomfort,urination symptoms and quality of life,SAS and SDS in the two groups were all lower than before treatment and care,P<0.05.After receiving treatment and care,compared with the control group,the score of niH-CPSI in pain discomfort,urination symptoms and quality of life,SAS and SDS were all lower in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the psychology of anxiety and depression in patients receiving intrprostatic drug injection combined with high frequency hyperthermia therapy.
