摘要
目的:分析护理质量敏感指标在对脑血管疾病患者进行优质护理中的应用价值。方法:选择2018年7月至2019年6月期间广西来宾市金秀瑶族自治县人民医院收治的48例脑血管疾病患者作为研究对象。将这48例患者分为A组(n=24)和B组(n=24)。对两组患者均进行对症治疗及优质护理。在此基础上,依据护理质量敏感指标对A组患者进行优质护理。然后,比较两组患者护理不良事件的发生率、对护理人员治护质量的满意率、对护理人员服务态度的满意率及其对护理人员护理操作技能的满意率。结果:治护后,与B组患者相比,A组患者护理不良事件的发生率更低,其对护理人员治护质量的满意率、对护理人员服务态度的满意率及对护理人员护理操作技能的满意率均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理质量敏感指标在对脑血管疾病患者进行优质护理中具有较高的应用价值,可有效地降低其护理不良事件的发生率。
Objective:To analyze the application value of nursing quality sensitive index in high-quality nursing for patients with cerebrovascular disease.Methods:48 patients with cerebrovascular disease admitted to Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County People’s Hospital of Laibin City,Guangxi from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.The 48 patients were divided into group A(n=24)and group B(n=24).Symptomatic treatment and quality care were given to both groups of patients.On this basis,according to the quality of nursing sensitive indicators for group A patients with quality care.Then,the incidence of nursing adverse events,satisfaction rate of nursing quality,service attitude and nursing skills were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment and care,compared with patients in group B,patients in group A had A lower incidence of nursing adverse events,and were more satisfied with nursing quality,service attitude and nursing skills of nursing staff,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sensitive index of nursing quality has high application value in the high quality nursing of patients with cerebrovascular disease,which can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events.
